Ordered burrito from chipotle for delivery around 1:15. Chicken, blac beans, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, tomato. I couldn’t even finish burrito I started feeling ill. Shortly after I had diarrhea. And I feel light headed and have not stopped going to the bathroom since about 2:15.  | 症状: 腹泻

12 月 18 日星期一前夕我收到了其中 6 个鳄梨。它们已经很好吃了。非常适合作为三明治。星期四前夕，我做了三明治 “一个给我，一个给枢纽，一个给我的女儿，包括吐司，倡导者，番茄，帕玛森奶酪！然后 21 日星期五，我又做了一个。星期五下午我感觉到只是感觉 “恶心” 无法吃饭，我的枢纽回家了，他说了同样的话。他很快就呕吐了几次然后在黑夜里又呕吐了。我头痛、胃痛、没食欲，我的女儿没有任何症状。一方面我什至无法指望过去 20 年来我生病了多少次。非常不寻常... 感谢您的任何意见或建议

12 月 5 日大约 5.30 分吃了一个布鲁克赛德汉堡。它按要求 “做得很好”，但看起来不太热，味道也不好... 陈旧。上面有生菜和番茄以及地瓜薯条。到了晚上 11 点，我感觉不太好，我觉得肚子里有一块混凝土。我上床睡觉了，大约在 1 点 30 分左右被发冷和挤压所唤醒，到凌晨 2 点 30 分，我因爆炸性腹泻而猛烈呕吐，直到上午 11 点左右。我六号整天都感到不适，头痛和全面脱水，然后慢慢康复，7 日能够吃东西。今天是 8 号，我基本上已经康复了，但感觉有点被冲走了。

2018 年 12 月 4 日，星期二。约。晚上 8:30。点了芝士汉堡，烤洋葱，没有番茄。还有炸薯条和健怡可乐。
晚上 9 点 30 分至 10 点左右开始感到不舒服的恶心。到了午夜我正在呕吐，一直持续到早上 6 点左右。之后，接下来的 12 个小时内会出现液体腹泻。在接下来的 24 小时内，庄园里有大量的汽油，隆隆声和异常的排便
