我吃了 texmexe 风格的沙拉，里面有切成薄片的鸡肉、黑橄榄、墨西哥胡椒、莎莎酱、酸奶油、混合小生菜和某种切成薄片的玉米饼片。12 月 20 日下午 1 点 30 分食用，下午 5 点左右开始感到不适，到 6:30 我因腹泻呕吐。也有寒意。持续到凌晨 1 点。现在 48 小时后，我仍然感到虚弱、疲倦和摇摇欲坠，但自昨天以来一直在减少食物。

我订购了一个鸡肉碗，里面有白米饭、黑豆、玉米、pica、生菜和鳄梨调味酱，旁边有玉米饼。我在 2018 年 12 月 3 日星期一晚上 8 点左右吃了它。第二天（2018 年 12 月 4 日）下午 12 点左右，我的胃开始波浪般疼痛，腹泻完全是水。那天晚上 6 点左右，我每 10 分钟左右就会出现严重的胃痉挛，伴有 naseua 和非常剧烈的寒战。随着疼痛加剧，我呕吐了两次，之后感觉好多了，但是胃痛会在 10 分钟左右回来。疼痛太严重了，以至于我无法起床或直立/坐起来。我被困在 45 度角处，几乎无法走路。今天早上（2018年12月5日），除了小饼干和吸冰块之外，我还不能吃任何东西。胃痛仍在波涛汹涌，但没有那么严重，发冷和呕吐暂时已经停止。我经常吃 chipotle 而且总是点同样的东西。这也是我第一次因它而生病，但如果从来没有这样的事情的话。太惨了。

Got a bowl with white rice, black beans, chorizo, steak, pico de gallo, corn, hot sauce, guacamole and cheese. Ate it with chips and a tortilla on the side at 9pm est. Woke up around 3 am with severe cramping and violent vomiting with intermittent diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
