我和我的男朋友在午餐时间，中午 12 点左右吃了，我们俩都有切达西兰花碗。我还有一半的牛排和奶酪帕尼尼，他有一个烟熏火鸡三明治。我的症状始于晚上 8 点，当时我在晚餐时感觉非常晕倒，无法吃饭。他在凌晨 4 点左右开始，当时他跑到洗手间扔了起来。我们都经历过呕吐和腹痛。另一方面，他今天早上感觉很好，我一直有极度腹泻、剧烈呕吐、头晕、发冷和发烧。
