After eating steak bowl I woke up in the middle of the night vomiting and diarrhea. Ended up spending the night in the emergency room which diagnoses of food poisoning. My meal was the afternoon of 11/30/21

On July 12th 2020, I went into this location at approximately 3:15 pm. I ordered the steak bowl. I came home, ate the bowl and within six hours I was vomiting like crazy. I then had diarrhea for four straight days vomiting on and off. I was
in the emergency room on three different occasions. Today is July 18, 2020 and I’m finally feeling a little better. I plan to take full action against them.

I ate a chipotle bowl with chicken on Friday, January 18, around 12:30pm. While eating half way through the bowl, I found a large piece of raw chicken. I did not bit into it, but it probably contaminated the other parts of the bowl I ate. My
friend who ate with me also found a raw piece of chicken in her bowl. I went back to chipotle and they offered to give me another bowl.
Later that night, my stomach started to feel weird. I threw up a lot. I had not eaten anything else after eating chipotle, so I figured that it must have been the raw chicken. The next day, I felt a little better. Without thinking, I decided to try the second chicken chipotle bowl they gave me. I was 1/4 from finishing the bowl, and it still had a piece of raw chicken. I threw up later that night, and I felt really nauseous. The next day, Sunday, I felt better. But later that night, I had really bad diarrhea, in addition to more puking. On monday, I felt better. Today (Tuesday), I threw up again and felt very nauseous.
This has never happened to me before with chipotle or anything else I've eaten. I would say I am a healthy eater and I have never had a stomach ache or a stomach flu. This was my first time experiencing this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

I ordered a 5 piece meal. They forgot 1 piece in the meal package. I only ate 1 piece of chicken along with the red beans and rice, mashed potatoes and a biscuit. Within the hour the nausea began. Shortly afterwards cramping and diarrhea ensued for several

Ate arugula that came in a grain and chickpea salad meal kit. Couldn’t sleep later that evening because of nausea. Repeated trips to the bathroom because of diarrhea. Vomited/dry heaved for about 30 minutes. Chills, lethargy, and fever are also present.

Right after drinking my strawberry kid size smoothie. Right after finishing it with in 15 min. I instantly had a light diarrhea. Then I was quickly able to hold the rest till I got to the bathroom. I was at work too which makes it very embarrassing to have to deal with.

World Green Nutrition, Inc is announcing the expansion of their January 12, 2024 recall to include GREEN ELV NUTRITION brand Elv Control Herbal Supplement 90 capsules, due to the presence of yellow oleander, a poisonous plant native to Mexico and Central America. The product is only sold
through authorized distributors and not through e-commerce platforms or in physical stores, since World Green Nutrition does not make sales through these means and they are not authorized sales channels. To date, this company has not received reports of illnesses related to the consumption of this product; however, the recall from the market began after the FDA found it to contain Yellow Oleander.
For easier identification of the product in question, it is noted that it comes in a white container; blue lid; and marked with the batch’s: N1082701 (EXP: 050328), GESPM240622 (EXP: 071324), GESPM300622 (EXP:071324), GESPM050722 (EXP:071324), 190620230009B (EXP:061928), 190620231573678B (EXP:062828) and 280620231573678BA (EXP:062828).
