- comments: observed inadequate refrigeration on the premises. Observed the air inside of the walk-in cooler at 56. 3f. The walk-in cooler was used to store tcs foods such as cooked rice and pork. - comments: observed cooked rice and beans stored in plastic grocery bags lining the stainless steel containers. Also observed raw vegetables stored in a cardboard box in the food prep area. Management instructed to use proper food grade storage bags or containers.

I started experiencing intestinal cramps. Then, when we got back to the hotel, the nausea started. That's when my spouse told me she had been feeling ill as well. She was the first to vomit and I followed there after. We struggled to finish packing for the morning flight. We only had fluids in the form of water and apple juice for the entire journey. She only experienced nausea, intestinal cramps and vomiting. I on the other hand had all the symptoms including chills, nausea, intestinal cramps, vomiting, fever and diarrhea.
