We are frequent shoppers of this place and have noticed flagrant potential health problems for many years.
1. Fish odors constantly wreak from the seafood department. We go to other Whole Foods as well as many other establishments that offer seafood products and in no other place

do we experience an odor of this sort. The odor is constant no matter when you shop.
2. We noticed a sewer-like smell near the coffee bar. There appears to be an exposed drain. Drain pipes from two sinks appear to be open-ended and feed a grate which I would think goes to a sewer drain. See the photos below. (One photo zooms in on the drain setup; the second (which is a bit blurry) backs off and shows the two sinks that feed the pipes.
3. There is a similar sewer-like smell by the left side of the meet department with a similar setup as in item 2 and an exposed drain.
I would suggest that the Monmouth County health commission perform an inspection of the Middletown Whole Foods.

It may be the grapes on an empty stomach, hadnt ate anything all day, just googled to research about it I already explained in the beginning, i had a couple of grapes and it got me queasy,and fainted, not fun. It happened About 30 minutes ago, i
had about 5 green and red mixed grapes, the strangest thing just happened i felt queasy nauseous, and light headed, i went to get up from my chair and i fainted and fell on the kitchen floor, i managed to get up to my bed layed down for a minute then went to the bathroom and had diarrhea.
The green grapes were the ones i got sick from, the red grapes i purchased about a few days before the green ones,didnt had any side effects from the red, i put together a cheese and grape board to eat as a late snack, i wanted to make sure that they are not poisoned or i give the benefit of the doubt that green grapes on an empty stomach depends on how many, can have some very unpleasant effects. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Lightheaded

I ordered me my usual order ( carne asada fries and a epic Cali bacon burrito with a Strawberry sprite) and when I got home I was eating and noticed a hair in my food and notified the store (never got back to me) then the next

I get Snyder's pretzels all the time, but this time I got them something has got to be off. After eating them I got severe oral allergy syndrome from it. I've never had that happen before with these. I had swelling in my mouth and throat and
I was close to going to the hospital or using an epi pen. It took almost three days to go down. I wasn't sure it was the pretzels at first. But a few days after I was doing better I had more pretzels and it happened again after I started eating them. I stopped again. I tried another brand and had no problems at all from the other brand.
There has to be too much of some ingredients in these or something that shouldn't be in them that has made its way in the product.
One thing I'd suggest the manufacturer and FDA/Regulators double check is the possible amount of cellulose containing ingredients if there is improperly processed cellulose or if it is being sourced from high risk for allergy wood and other sources. Perhaps also a pesticide issue with the wheat or other items used or improper cleaning of certain grains, etc. Possible mold contaminants may be present as well which are some of the worst allergies I suffer from. Based on my own personal allergies, there are a few possible culprits where things could have gone wrong and caused contamination at some point of the supply chain. I'm happy to help narrow it down and provide whatever I can to assist.

Ate my chicken and veggie bowl, halfway through I had HORRIBLE stomachache pain. I thought I just ate too much. 30 minutes later the most diarrhea I’ve ever seen in my life, followed by 10-20 times. Went to ER because I thought I was dying, they said nope, it was food poisoning.

This is the second time my 7 year old grandson ate Kraft macaroni and cheese (box kind for stovetop, months apart with different lot numbers) and a few hours later he had explosive diarrhea, excessive vomiting, headache, nausea. I noticed NONE of the pasta had been digested

I purchased Walmarts Amish Macaroni Salad with an Expiration of May 7th 2024 and it’s only April 4th today. I woke up with a phone call midnight and after the call I decided to have some macaroni salad before going back to bed. I fell asleep immediately
and exactly 2hours later I woke up with excruciating stomach pains and threw all the macaroni salad I ate up. Never will I purchase pre made anything from Walmart again.
