My spouse purchased a box of Chocolate Lucky Charms from here. On the evening of May 3rd, 2022, I opened the box and consumed a bowl. On May 4th, I felt like my intestines were being squeezed and had a burning feeling. I took Maalox Max, but
it didn't help ease the pain and discomfort. That night I fell ill with diarrhea and was in and out of the bathroom most of the night. The following morning I was nauseated and began vomiting. The diarrhea was still present, as was the pain. I took Emetrol and Pepto Bismol, but no relief. The symptoms continued and I saw my doctor on Friday, May 6th. I was prescribed Azithromyacin and told to continue the BRAT diet and to stay hydrated. I took the 3 day course of antibiotics and it seemed to work. The nausea and diarrhea subsided on Monday May 9th. I went back to my doctor for an all clear to return to work. To this day I am still experiencing pain in my liver and light colored stools. I was the only one in my household to eat Lucky Charms and I was the only one that was sick. #LuckyCharms

Yesterday I purchased the family sized garlic pesto salmon meal with baby potatoes and green beans. We've had this same meal a bunch of times before. I should've known something was up when my dog didn't even want a bite like he usually does. Now I'm in
the bathroom, one end on the toilet and I'm throwing up in the tub :(

Mother and I ate lunch there on Thursday, 2.30pm booking. She had the chicken starter, chicken and prawn main and fruit soup. At approx 6pm she was feeling nauseous with diarrhoea. Went back to our hotel where she was violently sick twice through the night, last time
at approx 10.30pm.
I had a different meal but did try a few forkfuls of her starter. I also had diarrhoea and was sick through the night. Hi, just to be clear I don’t have food poisoning. I purchased the unpasteurized grapefruit juice twice in two weeks from Sams and both times I got sick not saying I was food poisoning but I just don’t know what else it could be fine today much
better than last night, but I’m just curious has anybody else mentioned anything about getting sick from unpasteurized grapefruit juice?. It was with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. I purchased it twice within two weeks and every time I bought it I got sick. I’m OK now though thank God.
