Had chicken/sofritas bowl, brown rice, black beans, tomatoes, sourcream, corn, cheese, lettuce on July 23 @ 4pm. 6pm July 23rd in the bathroom with severe diarrhea (once an hour). It's the 26th and woke up with the same issues.

My daughter ate the Steak Burrito bowl with steak, black beans, white rice, fresh tomato salsa, roasted corn salsa, cheese & romaine lettuce. This was the only thing that my daughter ate all day long, and she wound up getting violently ill with food poisoning the very
next morning as soon as she woke up, and threw up 15-20 times where she became so dehydrated that we had to take her to the emergency room. The doctor determined that it was a food borne illness / poisoning that caused her condition. So, I believe that there was something wrong with one of the ingredients in that steak burrito bowl that gave her the food poisoning. (That we ordered for her on Thursday January 21, 2021).

I ate Chipotle on 12/26/2018 at 3 pm and by 4 pm I was nauseas and throwing up. I vomited so much I ended up going to the E.R where I was given an IV because I was dehydrated. I was told I had food poisoning. Chipotle
was the only thing I had eaten that day. I was discharged and told to opt out of eating Chipotle again. I notice that Chipotle doesn't cover their food and the workers talk over the food when asking the customer what their meal choices are. They never wash their hands and they don't wear hair nets. I've gotten bad stomach aches after eating Chipotle a few times before the latest incident. After this last experience, I won't eat it again. I suffered too much. It's just not worth it nor worth the money I spent visiting the E.R as I had to pay a $100.00 copayment.

I got a free burrito and an hour after eating it I had stomach pain. I am now in the bathroom constantly and nauseous and getting worse. I ate a steak burrito, white rice, black beans, tomatoes, hot salsa, corn, cheese and guacamole. The only thing I ate all day.

Avocado, tomato, lime, Last night (technically 1 AM 4/19/24) I made a simple guacamole with two avocados, two roma tomatoes, and the juice of one lime. The produce was purchased from HEB on 4/15/24. All of the produce looked and smelled fresh and was washed (although likely
not well enough) before making the guacamole. Within 3 hours of making and eating the guacamole I began having severe stomach cramps, nausea, and vomiting. I also felt as if I might have diarrhea but I couldn't (possibly due to previous two days of fasting with no food and no water). I am 100% certain it was from the guacamole as everything else that I had eaten earlier that day my children also ate and they did not get sick (they did not eat the guacamole).

I was the only one who ate them. Adventureful Girl Scout cookies. I ate 3 on Sunday and 4 on Monday. I had severe diarrhea from Monday night and still have it on Wednesday. It has been mixed with severe nausea (no vomiting). Because of the diarrhea i have severe stomach cramping.
