Belgium-based Fiers NV is recalling its poultry logs from the market due to potential Salmonella contamination. The recall, in cooperation with the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (FASFC), affects products sold under the Fiers brand. The product has been withdrawn from sale and consumers are urged to return it to the point of purchase. The recall was initiated after routine testing revealed the presence of Salmonella in some batches of the product. The product was distributed through various points of sale in Belgium, including Dameat, Olivier Van Lysebeth, Aquality nv, Chris en Carla, Ad Merelbeke, Leuzoise, and GB Nieuwpoort.The product affected:

The company is urging customers who have purchased the affected product to return it to the point of sale for a refund.
