- comments: noted the menu incorrectly discloses and reminds consumers of menu items that are not raw or undercooked, such as chicken sandwiches and chicken soup. - comments: noted the cooks line one door prep cooler unable to maintain adequate temperature of 41f or below. Ambient temperature noted at 45. 3f. No food inside the cooler during the inspection. Cooler tagged held for inspection and must not be used until repaired or replaced and maintains a temperature of 41f or below. C. D. P. H notified for re-inspection and tag removal. - comments: noted over a hundred small flies throughout the bar, under sinks, ice bins around coolers. Also noted are a few amounts at the basement service sink and men's washroom. Instructed to eliminate all fly activity. Sanitize all affected areas and recommend having the pest control co. Service for flies. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020 (a) citation issued.

- comments: cracked and damaged plastic food containers inside the cooler. Must replace.

Must replace. ----holes in the door of the kitchen and door repaired with duct tape. Must replace. ----noted the raw brick wall at the basement dry food and box freezer storage area with shedding/flaking brick debris. Must seal to be smooth and cleanable. ----noted some damaged/missing wall tiles and baseboard tiles at the entrance/exit of the kitchen. Must replace.
