Ate a chicken quesadilla and a challupa at 2 pm yesterday. Dealing with all the above currently and didn't sleep had to call off work because I can't even stand  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I ate Taco Bell last night around 9 to 9:30 pm. Chicken quesadilla meal with a hard shell taco. Also cheesy potatoes with sour cream. Woke up the next morning with pure liquid diarrhea and vomit as well. Severe headache too.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache
