On 7/10/18 I ordered a BBQ Chicken flat bread with a side ceased salad around 12 noon. When I got home at around 8pm I was vomiting with diarrhea, and bad chills on my body! SYMPTOMS: Diahrea, severe abdominal pain (10/10 on pain scale), fever, chills, cold sweats.
