Not 100% positive but my 4 year old started having stomach pain 2hours after eating then vomiting 1 hour later. Had apple juice, 5 piece chicken nugget, fries, Polynesian sauce, and some of my cookies and cream shake.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Nausea, stomach cramps, vomiting, fever, body aches  2 people got sick after eating pats fajioli soup, salad and breadsticks. Are at 1:30pm and started to few bad around 6pm, then started to vomit at 10pm. It happened on September 23rd,  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Body Ache, Diarrhea
