I ordered a Truffle ravioli pasta and ate around 8:30pm. I was woken out of my sleep around 3am with severe nausea and then followed my vomiting all of the food I ate. I didn’t eat that entire day so I know it had to be from the truffle not being handled properly.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

When I ate Chik Fila I ate their chicken nuggets. I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance I felt like I was literally dying! I was out of it for several days.
