Papa John’s, we ordered a New York crust and got onions, roma tomato, regular sauce and cheese, anchovies, pineapples, jalapeño and pepperoni, and garlic sauce. On December 22 I ate wheat thins before bed and at 9am the next morning I was throwing up and had diarrhea for 6 hours.
