I had a chicken burrito bowl with extra chicken and rice, black beans, medium salsa, cheese and lettuce and I felt fine the night I ate it. I woke up in the morning and felt really sick to my stomach. After a couple hours being awake I threw up that meal from the night before.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a pizza from Veranda Pizza . Pizza had raw spinach, arugula and broccoli. I started to get dizzy and have double vision with 30-40 minutes, lethargy and fever. Followed by intense and repeated vomiting. No one else in my family had the same pizza or had raw vegetables.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
