My boyfriend, my friend and I went to McDonald's and all got something with chicken. We ended up all getting sick that night. I was vomiting and couldn't stay off the toilet. I feel weak and haven't been able to eat much. I couldn't even go to work because of it  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness

Had the steak white rice bowl with mild and medium salsa, sour cream, corn, lettuce, & cheese. within the hour was feeling very nauseous. Had small case of diarrhea a few hours later.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Ate around noon, by 430 or 5 I felt very nauseous. I took some nausea meds (prescription strength for migraines), and I think that prevented me from vomiting. I had horrific diarrhea the rest of the night. Stomach was queasy the next day too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Migraine
