Never been so sick in my whole life. Had a Turkey Stack with bag chips and canned drink. 4 hrs later I’m throwing up and having severe diarrhea. This was the only thing I ate today. No fever, no other symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a steak bowl with white rice, black beans, pico, hot sauce, sour cream, corn, cheese, and lettuce. I ate at chipotle around 2:30pm on May 18th and began having sever diareea and vomiting that same night around midnight.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate raw Persian cucumbers with dinner last night like usual. Got bad stomach cramps followed by diarrhea 30-45 minutes later. Ate another one for lunch today (to rule out other foods I had eaten last night) and same thing happened.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

I went to Stoney River on 4/23 around 5:30pm. By 7:00 after returning home I was extremely nauseous and shortly after began vomiting. I continued to vomit until about 3:00am. It was the worst nausea I had ever experienced.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate two out of the 3 soft tacos in the meal two hours later I felt nauseas on the way home from school, about an hour later I threw up violently for 4 minutes straight, had chills and a fever for one day after this, do not eat here!  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
