My son and myself went to subway. We had different subs. But both got lettuce. That night server vommitting, nausea, diahrhea, low grade fever for us two, the other 3 in The family were fine. I ate 3 soft tacos with white rice, steak, tomatoes salsa, hot salsa, cheese and guacamole on 1/24/17 at 12pm. On 1/25pm at around 2am I began to feel sick. I began having diarrhea and vomiting multiple times. I then began having a fever. The symptoms lasted for about 36 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
