On 7/15/2018 I ate the seared salmon entree at Red Robin. It was served with house made coleslaw and broccoli. I was there about 5 pm and at 11:30 pm I was violently ill with vomiting and diarrhea. I haven’t thrown up in 15 years. It was bad...and that was the only food I consumed on Sunday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate a sample on July 2nd at about 12:30. It was some spicy chicken patty that could have been undercooked or spoiled. It’s the only thing I ate that my family didn’t. It tasted awful but I ate it anyway.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
