I ate a sofrita bowl with brown rice, black beans, mild and corn salsa, guacamole, and lettuce for dinner. Later that night, my stomach didn't feel good and threw up. After over 24 hours of throwing up and uncontrollable diarrhea, I recovered.

My mom and step dad got sick two days after going to this restaurant; both vomited a couple of times, horrible/stabbing pain in their stomachs and watery diarrhea.
