My sister and I split 6 Oyster Shooters and had one drink on July 4th. We both woke up during the night with stomach pain and diarrhea. I’ve only eaten broth today but continue to have stomach pain and liquid diarrhea. I order oysters often and have
never experienced this before. I posted this to see if anyone else had the same experience over the 4th at the Riverplace McCormicks. I’m sure it was a fluke. Don’t think I can eat oysters ever again.

Here's a letter I sent to the head of Landry's after contacting the local restaurant and their corporate headquarters with no response after my date was food poisoned now 5 days ago. She's been to the doctor twice and is still quite ill!

She's lost 4 days of work, and moreover hasn't been able to get out the house except to see the doctor....
I've contacted your restaurant manager and your corporate office to get them to address my concerns around your food safety program, and ensure the necessary controls are in place to ensure the quality of your fish supply chain. I've highlighted the urgency of the issue and gotten a muted response. Your company has a stellar reputation for impeccable service and food quality, but I suspect this one incident of food poisoning isn't limited to one restaurant.
My date and I dined in your restaurant, McCormick and Schmicks Harborside on the evening of Saturday Sept 23. She had the Mahi Mahiand ate 3 bites and said it tasted bad, and we noted this to our server. 3 hours later she was at home violently sick. She did not eat any food that day that was susceptible to salmonella or other forms of food contamination
I called the manager to report the incident and requested in writing that he give a comprehensive run down of your food safety measures for your supply chain. When we spoke he didn't address my concerns, and stated that food poisoning doesn't occur in 3 to 4 hours after exposure. I researched this and 70% of people do have symptoms within 4 hours.
She has been to the doctor twice now and is still quite sick. We want to ensure others don't have to suffer this same experience, or risk possible death. (1200 people die yearly from tainted food like the Mahi Mahi she ate.)
I've reported this incident to iwaspoisoned.com and your corporate office was copied in. It's now been 4 days without anyone addressing this urgent issue. More people likely have been sickened due to the inadequate controls on your supply chain, and in-restaurant storage and inventory management practices.
She is an executive at a major s/w company and has impeccable integrity. We simply want to ensure others aren't similarly sickened. There's no intent to create a lawsuit out of this!
I've documented these same concerns to the local restaurant customer feedback site, and documented them for you on Iwaspoisoned.com. Do you know of an independent registry to track other incidents within your supply chain??

Friday, April 12th, at around 10am I ordered a bacon egg and Gouda sandwich as well as a caramel ribbon drink. By around 3-4pm, I started feeling unwell. At 5 pm I vomited for the first time. Around every half hour after that I was vomiting still, until around 10am today, April 13th.

Last week I'm pretty sure it was the moldy green pie I ate in the middle of the night I bought the JJPeach pie on the way home from Floral city. It was getting late ,and I hadn't eaten anything, but was tired and fell asleep. I
woke up very hungry and in the dark about 3 am. Open the pie are a big old bite. I was half Sleep but realized it tasted bad after I swallowed. It made me very sick . Nausia vomiting sweating. Cramps and the screaming sh*ts. I thought I was going to die.. and I still don't feel right.

My friend and I ordered two Cajun fries. Before I could finish the fries I started to feel sick and nauseous. My friend soon after. In about 30 minutes after we both began to vomit the fries and blood up.

UPDATE-happy to say the owner called me back and was very apologetic and kind. He will definitely taking care of this. Stopped in to eat, and had a chicken quesadilla. The bartender took a whole chicken breast, cut it up and cooked it regretfully, I also observed
her standing behind the bar as she was serving alcohol, cleaning her teeth with a toothpick I didn’t ever see her wash her hands or sanitize her hands. I only ate about a quarter of the quesadilla cause something just told me things weren’t right I came home and felt like I had a fever and my stomach was upset and so I went to bed. I slept all day yesterday and today until 1 o’clock. Today at 1 o’clock when I got up, I was incontinent of stool in my bed on the floor in the bathroom in the shower. The color of the stool was very similar to the color of the spices that she used to cook it. I still have the food if somebody would like to see it. I have not eaten anything since I had the quesadilla at Duffys.

Pueblo Fruits, Inc. has voluntarily initiated a recall of its Onion Yellow Med 3 Outer Rings product due to a potential hazard of C. botulinum growth. The product was exclusively distributed to Blake's Lota Burger in Albuquerque, New Mexico located at 3207 Richmond Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM
87107, USA. The recall was initiated after the firm discovered that it had not completed a hazard analysis for potential C. botulinum growth and toxin production in its processing, storage, and shipping of raw onions into vacuum-sealed bags. The recall is ongoing.
The recalled product is branded as Onion Yellow Med 3 Outer Rings, packaged in a 5 LB vacuum sealed, clear plastic bag. The product bears a white paper label with the following information:
- Blake's (Richmond) Onion Yellow Med 3 Outer Rings 4-5 LB PO# 047981
- Lot#787806-6883R5, 795046-3948R1, 787806-6883R3, 795046-3948R2
- Use By Date of 04/03/2024.
A total of 23 cases have been recalled.

Both my partner and I ate here 4/13/24. I had chicken teriyaki w/ broccoli and rice, my boyfriend had orange chicken, broccoli and noodles. Not long after we both started having Chills and hot flashes which started within the hour. After an hour, my boyfriend began having
terrible stomach cramps followed by horrible diarrhea. After approximately 45 minutes later my stomach cramps began to the point where the pain had me sweating and on the ground. I began running to the bathroom having the same bowel issues the same time as having nausea. It is still on going and absolutely awful

Ate BBQ and Lemon Pepper boneless wings from Wingstop and about 30 minutes later started feeling sick. Almost an hour later had cramping and 1hr and 30 minutes later diarrhea. 2 hours later projectile vomited all of the wingstop.

My 4 year old daughter got sick after drinking this juice that she got at an Easter activity. She had diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain, and rapid heart rate. We had to take her to the emergency room. She is feeling horrible. I have never seen her
like that. Be careful, don’t give this juice to your kids.. It was at an Easter event.
