Around noon I ate a steak bowl with pinto beans, both types of rice, sour cream, lettuce and mild salsa. As soon as I got in my car I started to feel uneasy. I powered through work till about 6pm when I started vomiting uncontrollably and had to leave work  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a steak bowl with peppers, onions, corn salsa, sour cream. Became violently ill 6-7 hours later. Migraine headache, projectile vomiting, uncontrollable diarrhea, shakes and hot and cold sweats.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Migraine, Headache, Sweating
