Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea,Vomiting,Fever,Stomach Pain,Cramps,Chills,Headache
Suspected source: Marie Callendar Chicken Pot Pie
Onset: 12 hours
Duration: Six solid hours of vomiting and diarrhea
Sick: Only Me
Additional information: Purchased a box of four pies. First one seemed ok. Second one bad, have 2 more in freezer.

Last night I ate orange chicken, and fried rice from there. After a couple of hours, I was nauseated, indigestion. I soon, vomited, and diarrhea … stopped this morning.
