Ate mussels at about 1:00 P.M. yesterday. At 3:30 all of the listed symptoms started. Within 30 mins. I had to go home. Can not make it to the restroom without help. The only other thing I ate was the bread that comes with it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Either the cheesy jalapeno bread or two topping pizza only had one slice of each, I'm the only one that was home and the only one that got sick 2 hours after eating. I went to the doctor today and that's what she said it sounded exactly like  | Symptoms: Vomiting

A chicken and feta and spinach flat bread sandwich, I ate the sandwich at 3 pm by 8 I was feeling nauseous, my stomach was bloated. Around 845 I got out of bed and started vomiting. Around 11pm I was still vomiting and had diarrhea at the same time till around 1 am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating

We ate there Friday night March 8. We had pizza, cheese bread with marinara, chips with ranch. Symptoms start 3 hours later for me, and 5 hours later for my husband and about 10 hours for our children. I ordered the spaghetti plate special consisting of garden salad, garlic bread and pasta with meat sauce along with blueberry cobbler for desert. i ordered a broklyn pepperoni and bacon pizza and a cheesy bread. it was delevered around 9:30 i ate 3 slices and the cheesy bread by about 10:15 went to bed arounde 11:30 woke up around 12:30 with diarrhea and vomitting that is still happening as of right now(10:15pm) next day  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
