I ate a burrito supreme and steak quesadilla. Within hours I was projectile vomiting and had severe diarrhea. This lasted for over 48 hours in which I became dehydrated. Thanks.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration

I ate a breakfast burrito yesterday at around 5 pm, a few hours late from the original delivery time. Within an hour after consuming a small portion of the burrito, I became extremely nauseated and the vomiting began.
