ordered grilled chicken sandwich and when it came I started eating it. It was ok. About 13 hours later I became very nauseated. Had diarrhea and started vomiting. The vegetables on the salad bar looked wilty and stale and this was at noon.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I consumed a 4 piece chicken tender on 1/14/2018 at 10:30 pm at the St.Martinville, Louisiana location. I fell asleep around 12, and woke up at 6:30am with bouts of gas, diarrhea, and nausea. It was obviously the chicken tenders as it did not look digested well.… See more

I ordered the chicken burger with grilled onions and mushrooms on Saturday, January 13. My side dish was grilled green beans, and I also sampled some of my friends' dishes.
