At 8pm, ordered the endless chicken tenders, ate 7. I felt full after 7 and walked home with my partner at 9:30pm.

I ate orange chicken and fried rice about an hour before my flight. Began to feel sick to my stomach as we boarded the plane, and experienced diarrhea on the plane.
