I went to chipotle last night around 5 and had a sofritas burrito with brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, and guacamole. I also had a water. Had a 2 piece meal with corn and cole slaw sides also avocado sauce and tomato salsa. After about 2 hours, vomited everything out. Felt better after a few hours and rest. Not positive it was cause, but didn't eat anything else that day (May 31, 2016)  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I thought i was on my death bed! I had a chicken salad bowl: lettuce, black beans, chicken, fajitas, tomatoes, corn, red and green salsa and sour cream.
