At a 6 inch turkey wheat sandwich, no cheese spinach, onion, green pepper, pepperchinis, tomatoes. Ate at 12. Horrible nausea, took zophran, didn't subside so far 24 hours of nausea, vomit, diarrhea, weakness and fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness

I went on June 7th I had the trio appetizers and the French onion soup I bought cheeseburger egg rolls the spinach and artichoke dip and the beer pretzels my stomach started hurting 3 hours after I ate and it still is hurting now and I have diarrhea and a lot of cramping  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Only thing eaten from that morning until lunch. Cup of onion soup was mildly warm with piece of bread on side. 2 hrs later, stomach pains, headache then vomiting. Typical symptoms of food poisoning. Can only figure soup was left out overnight to promote bacterial growth.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain

Had the oven roasted chicken with lettuce, tomato, onion. Ate at around 2 pm today and symptoms of food poisoning hit me out of nowhere at around 7 pm.
