I purchased a spicy italian with lettuce, onions, pickles, jalapenos, oil, vinegar, a small amount of ranch, banana peppers, pepper jack cheese, and American cheese. This was between 8 and 9 pm. Approximately 5:45am the next morning, I wake up nauseated and start throwing up.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ate a subway turkey foot long sandwich on Italian herb and cheese bread. It had pepper jack cheese on it along with spinach, green peppers and chipotle sauce. Symptoms started 6-7 hours later and vomiting started 10 hours later and hasn't stopped (almost 24 hours later)  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a number 1 deluxe meal with pepper jack cheese. I had fries and a diet lemonade. I also used chick fil a sauce. That was around 12:30 in the afternoon and I started having painful stomach cramping at 7:30 pm.
