Tonight at dinner, around an hour ago. I made shrimp; with rice, snap peas. both eaten previously and often. Some garlic, olive oil, and Japanese barbecue sauce.  | Symptoms: Dizziness

All I ate that day was a burrito containing (what I suspect was) chicken that wasn’t cooked all the way from here. It also had black beans, rice & sour cream but they have a history of not cooking their meats all the way.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

My brother dabao two packet of rice, one packet of noodle and one packet of udon from here. My family who ate the rice had no issues. The ones who ate the noodle & udon had either diarrhea or vomitting or both.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
