Ate the tuna club sandwich, without bacon around 3:30 pm. Woke up at 2:30 am with intense stomach pains, diarrhea, nausea and cold sweats. Only other food consumed after that and before illness was licorice.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Sweating

We ate dinner at 6 pm and by 2 am I woke up vomiting and diarrhea for 8 hours. I had combo of shrimp pineapple chicken steak rice and beans. I only ate shrimp. I had a steak and pollo Casado enchiladas, with rice and beans- half pinto half black beans for lunch. I didn’t really feel hungry for dinner but ate a bit. I had a few episodes of dizziness.
