Visited steak and shake on 11/20/18 ad today, 11/23/18 my symptoms have worsened since last last night. I ate a cobb salad (with romaine lettuce) on November 15th. On November 16th, I had diarrhea, followed by severe stomach cramps, fever, nausea, and vomiting on the 17th.
