Symptoms: severe vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps, severe headache, head pounding, heart racing, onset about 6 pm
After eating green goddess salad with romaine lettuce, egg, avocado, Bacon, bits, cherry, tomatoes, salad dressing. Illness lasted 24 hours And felt exhausted afterwards

I ate a bag of Romaine lettuce salad from Breaux Mart on Jefferson Hwy. I ate the salad 10/28/23 and it was best by 10/29/23. Later that day my stomach started hurting and I was sick. It had me going to the bathroom and I had stomach cramps. Sickness lasted 5 days including with diarrhea later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain
