We ordered the Chicken Bacon Parmigiana pizza and the Spinach Bacon Mushroom pizza around 7:30 pm on 4/29/16. I woke up around 5:30 vomiting and diarrhea. I ate lunch at 2:30, an Italian BMT on Italian herb and cheese. I added spinach, red onion and sweet onion sauce. 45 minutes later, back at my job and then the bathroom issues start.
