I ordered a ceaser chicken salad sub, it was the only food ive had all day
As soon as i was finished i started to get really dizzy and nauseous and vomited within 10mins after finisning my sub. I left work early and kept vomiting and feeling nauseous  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

Turkey, provolone cheese sub sandwich, jalapeños, lettuce, yellow peppers. My usual. Ended up throwing up all night long with diarrhea. Couldn't hold water down for almost 12 hours. Woke up the next day not sick and just needing water. Now 24 hours later I am back to normal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
