My son and I both ordered tacos the night of 12/13. Carne Asada and steak with white rice pico cheese. 4 hours afterwards my stomach hurt vomiting and diarrhea started followed by body aches and chills. My son woke up the next morning with body aches, stomach pain and headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Diarrhea, Headache, Body Ache

Ate at chipotle on 12/13/2025 around 1pm and my daughter was puking by 8pm and my husband and I both had intestinal pain and nausea. She ordered a chicken bowl and it did contain rice and lettuce both known to contain food borne illness if improperly handled.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
