Went to Cava for dinner and got supergreens mix with white rice and lamb with feta, tzatziki, and eggplant hummus. Got all the topping included along with pita crisps and yogurt and garlic dressing. Had a falafel bowl with rice and spinach. Restaurant was crowded, and tables were not being bused quickly. About 18 hours later, I was experiencing headaches and horrible nausea and vomiting, could not keep anything down (not even water).
