Burrito bowl. Brown rice,fajita veggies,steak,hot sauce with chips. Ate it at about 8pm. Woke up throwing up at 2am. My fiancé also woke up throwing up about a hour later. Went back to sleep woke up threw up more and have had diarrhea ever since  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Got a bowl with white rice, black beans, chorizo, steak, pico de gallo, corn, hot sauce, guacamole and cheese. Ate it with chips and a tortilla on the side at 9pm est. Woke up around 3 am with severe cramping and violent vomiting with intermittent diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered the burrito bowl with steak. The steak was done rare and it was cold. I ordered at 9:30pm and ate it soon afterwards. By 5:00am, I started having watery diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
