Ordered lunch on 2/3/23 11:30 am. Both fiancé and are sick. Started feeling nauseous around 5pm, by 6pm vomiting, muscle pain, and moved to diarrhea thru the night, and still sick. Ate the burrito around 4:30 and 3 hours later started feeling sick. Around 8:30 I started having diarrhea and throwing up. Threw up and had diarrhea numerous times, couldn’t keep water down. Was able to drink pepto after a bout of vomiting but still am experiencing diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
