I got the three cheese chicken nachos with black beans, brown rice, roasted chile corn, guac, and sour cream. I ate it around 7 pm tonight (6/24) and was sick an hour later. It's 6 hours later, and I'm still sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Chicken taco salad - not sure if it was the food or a worker who was sick. She was running the counter but ran to the bathroom to throw up while on duty. I started out with just nausea but it turned to severe stomach cramps and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I had 2 hard shell tacos with chicken, black beans, verde salsa, corn salsa, grated cheese and lettuce. I also had a queso with corn chips and I think it was the queso cheese that was bad or maybe the verde salsa.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
