I just saw you I just got off of work I way home quick and easy I got a steak and cheese very simple sandwich I noticed one of the workers was not wearing gloves Or a hairnet I did not think anything of it I did see some flies in the restaurant  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

On 4-20-21 I ordered delivery.

I ate a turkey and swiss on wheat with tomatoes, lettuce, black olives, cucumbers, salt / pepper and oil / vinegar. Not toasted. Also some baked lays and vitamin water.

Right now as we speak started 20 minutes ago. This is definitely food poisoning. I wiped up 2 chunks of what appeared to be undercooked meatballs
