Chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and green salsa.

Left work early due to nausea 2 - 3 hours after having lunch at chipotle. Ended up vomiting 7 - 8 times through the night.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
