检查员在报告中写道，为了重新开放餐厅，需要对餐厅进行清洁和消毒，还需要雇用一家害虫服务公司。必须丢弃在 bain-Mariies 或加热的食物架中的所有开放、煮熟和准备好的食物。

昨天我在下午 2 点左右。我有一个植被卷饼碗，里面有米饭、豆类、西红柿、玉米、奶酪、生菜和鳄梨。直到晚上 8 点左右我的胃开始受伤时，我感觉很好。我上床睡觉，立即开始感觉更糟。我感到极度寒冷，感觉非常虚弱。我头痛很大，然后最终在早上 7 点左右呕吐。截至目前我还感觉不好了，我再也不会吃东西了。

I spent enough money to get a free sub, asked for extra meat (always do) They say it's pre portioned.. fine.. love the taste but not enough for $13. I get in my car which reeks of raw chicken. This wasn't what I meant!! Can't make this stuff up.
