I went there last night and had a meal and went back to work 15 min later I started to vomit badly and getting dizzy real bad every time I drank water I vomited and felt ok but comes right back and am still vomiting and getting dizzy today I went alone and it started 20 min after the the meal  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 头晕

I ate alone. I had the steak bowl, fajita veggies, brown rice, corn and salsa, with cheese and lettuce. I ate at 3pm Monday. I was okay until 10pm, then an upset stomach. This morning I woke up vomiting and horrible diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在今天早上 10 点半之间（11 月 6 日）去了星巴克，订购了一杯加焦糖糖浆和 2 个甜叶菊的大冰咖啡。直到 2 小时后，我才开始感到恶心。下午 1 点左右，我试着闭上眼睛看看我能不能从恶心中睡下来（直立坐着）。5 分钟后，我跑到洗手间呕吐了那天早上已经吃过的所有东西，包括冰咖啡。30 分钟后我又呕吐了。我有寒意，感觉绝对最糟糕。我还没看过医生，希望能在家里康复。如果症状持续，我会去看医生。

5 月 12 日星期六下午 12 点 30 分，我在佛罗里达州阿波普卡 Main St 的汉堡王吃了午餐：一个没有蛋黄酱的小吃者，一个节食的 Pepper 博士和几个炸薯条。我丈夫也有同样的事情。我生病了，但他没有。进食 45 分钟后，我出现了令人发指的腹泻痉挛，在接下来的 6 个小时内，腹泻痉挛发展成呕吐、发冷、大汗和发烧强度加剧。经过 13 个小时的痛苦终于缓解了。今天，4 天后，我仍然有虚弱和食物敏感性。
