I went there last night and had a meal and went back to work 15 min later I started to vomit badly and getting dizzy real bad every time I drank water I vomited and felt ok but comes right back and am still vomiting and getting dizzy today I went alone and it started 20 min after the the meal  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness

I ate alone. I had the steak bowl, fajita veggies, brown rice, corn and salsa, with cheese and lettuce. I ate at 3pm Monday. I was okay until 10pm, then an upset stomach. This morning I woke up vomiting and horrible diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
