Cheeseburger with everything on it. 1 so far. Had cheeseburger with everything on it for dinner and a Diet Coke from home. By 9 am the following morning I was having stomach cramps and bouts of diarrhea. I haven’t eaten breakfast, only coffee.   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

I ordered the nacho supreme and a cheese a rito. Early in the morning I got diarrhea and vomited everything I ate. Today is day 2 after getting sick and still have diarrhea. I haven’t ate because nothing stays down. Still weak and feel lethargic.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 弱点

我昨天 12:30 左右吃了 Chipotle，从晚上 11 点左右开始，我开始感到恶心，从那以后我每隔几个小时就会起床呕吐和腹泻在下一集之前我会发冷。我有一个卷饼碗里有鸡肉糙米 pinto beans 辣酱玉米奶酪酸奶油。
