At 8:30pm Monday night. Ordered a burrito. Rice, black beans,chicken, corn salsa, light red salsa, green salsa, shredded cheese and lettuce. This is the second time in 6 months getting food poisoning from this location. Each time I get the same thing brown rice pinto beans steak and cheese.
