星期一晚上 6 点 30 分左右有一个肉排碗，里面有双肉、半糙米、番茄莎莎酱、酸奶油、鳄梨和生菜。几个小时后出现腹胀，然后出现腹泻和肚子隆隆。还是感觉不舒服，现在是星期三。，我是唯一的一个。进食大约两小时后症状开始。我不知道还有人生病了。
