我乘坐了 7 小时的航班从岘港飞往多哈，在我在多哈停留期间开始感到不舒服，我需要赶到洗手间。我的肚子觉得很奇怪当我乘坐从多哈到巴黎的下一班航班时，我吐了一点点，这从来没有发生过在我身上的任何航班。这是我在第一次飞行时吃的照烧鸡肉面包（糕点）的残留物。我问了空姐吃药，但由于我们不知道究竟是什么，我们选择不冒险，选择热水柠檬，我也喝了几杯茶。我在第二次飞往巴黎的航班上吃不了任何东西

一名检查员在食物准备桌底部的架子上观察到大约 14 只飞虫。据一位检查员说，苍蝇落在一条面包和一个三明治上。
现场的三个冷藏装置中有两个无法维持安全存放潜在危险食品所需的最低温度。金枪鱼沙拉、火腿、烤牛肉、瑞士奶酪、胡椒火腿和火鸡被冷藏在高于 41 度的温度下。
肉丸在低于 135 度的温度下被热保持。
多种食物没有正确标记日期。
自助饮料机上的冰槽被霉菌状物质/粘液弄脏。
使用中的器具存放在积水中的温度小于 135 度。
开罐器刀片上有一块镶好的材料。
食品经理的认证已过期。

I bought Orkney Crab Pate with a good date and had three slices of pate on bread for lunch, no other food consumed. Within 3 hours I felt strange and developed diarrhea, managed home then was sick through the evening along with stomach cramps and sweats.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 出汗
